VERY RARE PUBLISHER ARCHIVE COPY – Italo Calvino – Cosmicomics 1st Edition 1968. Italo Calvino's collection of 12 Science Fiction short stories, first published in Italian in 1965 and in English in 1968. This English First Edition was translated from the Italian by William Weaver. The dust jacket design is by Robin Forbes. The stories were originally published between 1964 and 1965 in the Italian periodicals Il Caffè and Il Giorno. This particular First Edition copy was placed in the publisher Harcourt Brace Jovanovich's archive at the time of publication and was stored there for more than 50 years. The dust jacket shows some wear from years of storage, but otherwise the book is in very good condition. No spine damage and no ripped, torn, or folded pages.
